In the State of Washington,September is Food Literacy Month,and with that,numerous projects,events,activities have been going on all month throughout the city.Tonight at the central library authors and chef came together as a panel to discuss our thoughts on food and how an impact it places on all of today.Chef Eduardo Joardan,First Lady Trudi Inslee,Kate Lebo,author of Pie School:Lessons in fruit,flour and butter Bridget Charters,Director of Hot Stove Society,Rebekah Dunn freelance food writer for the Seattle Times,among others gathered at the auditorium to talk about food education,favorite childhood cookbooks,and our theory on food.This is something we need more of throughout the city not just this month but all the time..12034193_10153584820243774_6015371617461166494_oScreen Shot 2015-09-18 at 8.49.07 PMScreen Shot 2015-09-18 at 8.45.16 PM
